Community Physician Network Family Medicine Care - Fishers

I went to see my new primary care physician Dr. Jordan Phelps, DO at Community Health Network Primary care office in Fishers. I arrived early, and accidentally went to the wrong floor, but the nurse was kind enough to point me to the right floor. When I arrived to the office, I checked in at the desk, and the nurse was kind and professional when she took my information. I took a seat and waited about 10-15 minutes before the nurse called me back. The nurse, Alex, was very pleasant and professional and took my vitals and answered the questions. I met Dr. Phelps and found him to be very professional and attentive to my needs and concerns. We went over my medical history and I explained my concerns about my blood pressure. He definitely listened to me and understood my concerns. He took the time to actually address my concerns and explain how to improve on my blood pressure. We had a great conversation and he gave me good advice and suggestions. I am actually happy that I have found a doctor that listens to me and takes my concerns seriously. I'm so glad I found this primary care physician and will look forward to him giving me proper care going forward. I highly recommend Dr. Jordan Phelps, DO if you need a primary care physician.

Dr. Melloh has been my doctor for many years and she and Dr. Fletchall and the nurses like Jane are wonderful too and the entire office. I drive far to go and it is totally worth it. Thanks everyone for your great care.

I came here and the student intern Kacey, I believe was her name, was the most amazing person I have ever met. She was so considerate, made me feel like I wasn’t alone. She talked me through everything and did an awesome job. Truly the best.
