“Our experience with Window Shopping was positive from beginning to end. The sales presentation that Lori gave was very thorough, professional, and without any pressure. She was able to answer all of our questions and gave a demonstration of the products.
When the windows were installed, all of the crew were friendly yet professional and wasted no time in getting the windows installed because it was rather cold outside. They cleaned up after themselves when the installation was complete so we had no mess to deal with.
Now that we have had a few weeks to enjoy the windows, I can say that they certainly have made a difference in the temperature in the house. We have had some bitter cold temperatures in the days since the new windows were installed, and it is much more comfortable in the house than it would have been with the old windows. Also, we are very happy with the appearance of our new windows and the unobstructed view that they afford us of the surrounding countryside.
