I am not easily impressed but I can’t say enough good things about our first experience here tonight! Very thorough and informative, all staff was fun and friendly… actually wanted to talk to you and were so caring! Side note but important to me….the clinic itself is just a fabulous environment that doesn’t have a “vet clinic” vibe. Great energy all around which is so often underestimated when it comes to healing our pets! Five stars from me!
We had to let our old boy Marcus Dwayne cross the bridge a week ago, unexpectedly. They were so very kind and caring, and had a separate comfortable room for us to relax with him. I went back today to pick him up(we had him cremated and ordered an ashes container and paw prints) and they were so kind again. I'd recommend them 100%. We went to the Middletown Ky location. ???
I had to take my cat Cosmo in last night and everyone was so kind and informative. They talked me through the plan every step of the way and gave me plenty of options. I felt like they really were listening to me and my concerns for him. It's been about 12 hours since I was there and he already seems to be doing better, thanks VSP!
