VSP went above and beyond for our boy, Jax. Dr. Rizzo diagnosed some pretty serious issues and he had to be in their care for a few days. The techs and staff really helped us out taking the extra time. The building is also very clean and welcoming. There’s even a corner of kids books. Everyone in the building is so friendly and we’ll be back a few more times for check ups. But we highly recommend VSP for any emergency or specialty care.

Super easy to schedule appointments and availability has never been an issue when scheduling any of our appointments. Most of my interactions have been with the staff members at the Georgetown location and they have all been amazing. Each one of them shows Rosie so much love every time she is there. The care and compassion they have for pets is evident in every single interaction I’ve had with them. The staff and doctors are all very knowledgeable and definitively diagnosed my dog the same day as our consult and quickly started treatment. I am convinced that without their expertise and intervention, Rosie would not be here today as I write this review.

Worked me in as a critical emergency. Demonstrated kindness, compassion, and empathy. Helped me to find the best course of action for my pet and my budget. Was well worth the 2 hour drive from Bloomington to see them. Will continue to make the drive for this excellent care. Totally recommend them!
