Customer service is top notch. Had a concern with an application and TruGreen resolved immediately. Specialists are typically great communicators explaining what they will be doing for that application.
Depends on the person that shows up, sometimes good, other times bad. Had my yard aerated and over seeded, may have did half of my yard that I paid for. If you talk to them on the phone, they act concerned, but the person that does the yard could care less. It's just a job for them and they are in and out as quickly as possible. They are supposed to come out and complete the job, we will see. I have been a long time customer or TruGreen, but this is the last time they will do.my yard. Cancel service after this season. Changed my review to excellent, Kai'ven came back out and made it right.
