My stylist was great, skilled and professional. The new automated system for 'getting in line' and checking in is pretty terrible. I waited 2 hours for an online sign up that said 53 minutes, and I witnessed several others experience similar extended wait times.
I took my 15 yr old son for the first time ever, here. He wanted a drop fade and Jane did an awesome job! She was so careful, and took her time to get it as perfect as she could, especially considering some of his hair was just a bit short to work with in the back. She blended it so well! Jane also gave him tips on how to style it on his own. He loves it and walked out so proud! :)Also- did the online check-in a couple hours prior to get a spot, and that worked well. Our wait time after we arrived was minimal since we did that.
I tried to check in when they opened and the app made me wait until 5 after. I checked in right at 5 after and had a 45 minute wait. I loved the haircut but the experience with the app today rubbed me the wrong way
