I worked for securitas for almost 9 yrs. It was an okay job for the most part. The insurance was not the best and could have been better. Securitas is not the best in communication. In the almost 9 yrs we went through 3 site managers and currently on the 4th fire chief. Securitas has a really bad turnover rate because of pay and benefits. I still talk to some of the current employees and it dont sound like it's getting any better. So best of luck if you decide to apply and work for them.

Love working for Securitas. They have the best ppl working for them. Too bad DSI came in and decided to take over Security per One Vectren Square and Center Point energy. I will miss working for them. They have been really good to me. If you want a job in the Security World, apply to Securitas. They are the best.
