“I was very pleased with my experience with Robbie and his crew. Nowadays most of the roofing companies are using the same laborers for their roof jobs and most of them do a great job. So for me, it really comes down to the owner and how they treat their customers. Robbie came right out as promised for the estimate when it was scheduled (I had a couple not even show up after scheduling), he sent an automated quote right away and was very competitive with his pricing. Although he wasn't my lowest bid (or highest) , I decided to go with him because I try to support local businesses and he showed he wanted to earn my business. I'm happy to say that I was proven to be correct on my decision. There was a small item that I requested be completed on the roofing that was missed due to a miscommunication between Robbie and his job leader on my project. By the time I got home and saw the roof, it was completed and they were cleaning up. I texted Robbie and told him about the missed detail, but told him that I was okay with it because the job was so well done. It wasn't 10 minutes later that he called and said he was taking full responsibility for the misstep and it would be corrected. Even though I gave him the opportunity to "let it go" he had his guys go back and fix it. It cost them 2 or 3 hours and some additional material costs, but they reworked it exactly as I had asked. There's not many companies out there that would have done that. So I'm having him do a second roof on our other home and recommending him for any roofing projects ?.“

“Absolutely Respectable:I did not contract them. As they were tearing down a building next to my house they saw it was going to leave a hole in our fence due to the building being removed. Then fence happened to be leaning, it may have been five minutes of their time, but they supported our fence back up right. It was beautiful to walk into my house and see that kindness they showed our family. If we ever need work done, this act of kindness just got a customer for life!!! Not to mention, they greeted us anytime they saw us leaving or coming home, and they made sure to keep our house protected while they tore down the other one. “We used Bill Morgan Roofing for a roof inspection after we had a little bit of damage following a windstorm. From the initial call requesting someone to come out, all the way through a complete roof replacement, we were more than impressed. Within 24 hours of our initial call, a team came out to inspect and do a hasty repair to hold us over until details could be worked out with the insurance company for the final repair. Mr. Morgan and his company worked seamlessly between us and the insurance company to ensure we were getting appropriate repair/replacement coverage. Once logistics were worked out with the insurance company, a crew was sent to remove our old roof and install a new one. Along withtwo large turbine vents replaced. It could have been a difficult job to do. But his work crew is very good, and did the job in a day. “I had Hans and his crew put a new roof on my detached garage recently. He was very friendly, professional, and communicative. The job they did turned out great and I am satisfied with the results. They are very reasonably priced and I would definitely recommend them in the future. The only minor complaint I have is that the crew forgot to clean up inside my garage afterwards, but it only took me about 10 minutes with a broom and blower to clear the debris (nothing too major). Other than that, I have no complaints and would hesitate to use Hans and his crew for future repairs.“
