I contacted Restoration and they sent a young man out for an estimate for roof repair. He took pictures and measurements and said he would call. Next day, a manager called me, I told him I already had insurance check and wanted an estimate to get repaired. He said he wanted the insurance estimate, I said I just wanted them to provide estimate to replace the roof. He got rude and said I can find a bunch of other places in town to get it done and hung up on me. Not sure what kind of business they are running but I would NEVER recommend to anyone.Service: Roof repair
Don’t bother dealing with them, have contacted them twice now and they took my information and said someone would call me back. It’s been two weeks since the first time I spoke with them and still nothing.
I've delt with some pretty lazy contractors who are just going through the motions at best. Elbert is not one of them. They work with you and do what they say they're going to do. When you call, they show up. If they're behind, they'll let you know. They keep you informed and treat you with respect.Companies like Elbert are a dying breed. They do great work and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.
