Technician arrived right on schedule. He was friendly and professional and got right to work. He reported the findings, asked if I had questions, then went on his way, saying he’d see me in the fall. Top notch service.
This was one of the most painless transactions I have ever been involved with. From the appraisal process to the installation , all parties involved were helpful, professional and very friendly. If ever needed, I will gladly use Ray’s again and will refer to them when asked who I would recommend.
My A/C went out and the on-call technician, Luke Thompson, was able to come asap. He was quick and efficient with his time and completed all repairs and maintenance within 30-45 minutes. He was friendly and helpful.
