I can't say enough good about sweet beautiful Emma❤️❤️❤️ she didn't know it was my babys 15th birthday, she disnt know my daughter was having the worst day ever, all she knew was a mama was trying her hardest to make her baby smile and Emma made her smile!!!! I loved my first time experience how do I go about checking in online before arriving an the app that lets me know when it’s been 24 hours since I last layed so I don’t show up early iv looked for it an can’t find it no where on the website

We received a call from Bridgette to discuss our concerns. She was very helpful in explaining the package billing process and process for freezing our accounts when we are out of town. We are satisfied with the resolution of our concerns and plan to continue our memberships.
