Lensing Home consultants provided assistance with selecting, ordering and installing new kitchen counters, with a sink. They replaced some custom cabinet doors, having to match existing doors. In the family room, the cabinet doors have no center panel and we wanted to install tinted glass. The consultant, Sharon, was well informed about what is current and popular in the community. She provided us with recommendations regarding surface options for the counter. This made a painless process out of something that can be torture for me, as I am not endowed with the ability to envision the end result. The end result was beautiful! To me, the hallmark of a great company is their willingness to make things right with the customer. Lensing was stellar! The countertop had some edges that showed some of the underlying wood. This was acknowledged and someone was dispatched in a timely manner to fix the issue. The glass in the door inserts when delivered and installed was much too translucent. Mr Rick Humrickhouse looked at them askance, and stated that he thought they were going to be darker. He then, with permission, removed them and took them to work on them until they were 'right'. Upon their return, they were perfect.
