I scheduled a prenatal massage and loved that I could actually lay on my belly, such a relief! The massage helped ease a lot of the fluid retention and pain I’d been feeling in my lower legs and arms. Overall, it was a super comfortable and relaxing.
Being able to schedule and get in the same day was a huge plus, pregnancy aches and pains change daily, so it was great not having to wait a week or two.
