Their prices are fair and their customer service is the absolute best! Being someone who does not know much about plumbing, they are very patient and take their time to explain the resolution to whatever issue I am having. Highly recommend!!!

It is a good plumbing place if you are a plumber and if you are not the customer service is great cause they will definitely help you find what you are looking for and then some. If they don't have it they will direct you to someone that does have it.

We love Ferguson! We just did a bathroom remodel and while it wasn't a huge sale, Ebron treated as if we were doing a whole house with her! She's awesome and knows the products, from lighting to toilets, very well!
The guys at the parts store are great too.....they're super helpful and friendly and don't treat women any differently than the men in a male dominated industry!
