I really like the nurse and the Dentist was awesome. Just had a little mixup when I first got there about my appointment Insurance paying for it got it straightened out and got to see the dentist thank you very much Familia and Shelby and K you guys were awesome and made me feel very comfortable

The dentist and back office personnel are wonderful! I would recommend their work highly to family and friends.

The front desk staff need some professional office setting training and just general common courtesy. They are the first contact with Familia, they need to represent the office and themselves far better.

Update:

My experience over the last month has been top notch. About a month ago this place got a new dentist. He's awesome! Funny, professional and very good at this work. He comes across as very genuine. For the first time in a long time I didn't feel like I was just a widget in their machine. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend them since the dentist changed.
