Started my little firm in Q4 of 2020, and before partnering with Edgewater in Q1 of 2023 I had attempted to partner with six different CPA firms — all of which either got me started with their onboarding process only to ghost me or simply just ghosted me outright after the first couple of emails. Working with the Edgewater team has been a tremendous weight off of my shoulders. Their team has been very polite, especially prompt, and greatly helpful in catching me up to speed.
