There are a lot of things that EL Walters does right, and it shows when you start to make your appointment for service. We were promptly assisted, and setup an appointment of the next AM. Chris came out (ask for Chris) he's thorough, and he treats people like he wants to be treated. Chris identified the problem straight away - He's an excellent technician, and was thorough in his work. The technicians are well equipped and prepared, not having to run back to the shop for tools, or needing additional assistance. He checked out a problem we had with the A/C, had that working in short order, and then also did our fall maintenance for our heating in air. I would rate his work as exceptional. When he was done, there was an electronic invoice available, he took our credit card, and we both were off to the races. Thank you Chris!
