Mike Dassell was great! I called in late Friday morning with an emergency. I have two bathrooms and neither toilet was flushing and water was backing up in the showers!! Mike came the same day about mid afternoon and analyzed the problem immediately and fixed it!! I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to get the problem fixed until next week! Mike was very knowledgeable and very professional! I recommend Bud’s Plumbing to anyone!! Thank you so much!!!
They are so great! They come right out when we call, and don't charge us if there is nothing to be fixed. Honest and fair, personable and professional. I've frequently had Technician Matt at my home and recently met Kevin and Rick - all of which would be welcome technicians. Will definitely continue to call them when needed!
