From the initial call requesting someone to come out, all the way through a complete roof replacement, we were more than impressed. Within 24 hours of our initial call, a team came out to inspect and do a hasty repair to hold us over until details could be worked out with the insurance company for the final repair. Mr. Morgan and his company worked seamlessly between us and the insurance company to ensure we were getting appropriate repair/replacement coverage. We've sent multiple clients for both roof repairs and to have new roofs put on. As home inspectors we get calls from clients questioning the roofing estimators, not with this company. We thoroughly vetted four different roofing companies prior to making a decision as to who we would choose. We are thrilled with the job the Bill Morgan Roofing and Construction did for us this past week. Rosalee in the office and Daryl Couch were professional, punctual and friendly.
