Was not satisfied with my photos and requested a reshoot. Didn't want to refund just a reshoot and I offered to pay for the new photos as well. I have emailed them and they responded to me once but ask for the students information and school. After I gave that information they have not responded back to me. The matter is left unresolved and I have no other choice but to leave this review.

Bennett Photography always does an outstanding job on our childrens' portraits! They always know how to make the kids laugh/smile to get a natural smile. We treasure the pictures they have taken.

My boys got their pictures taken at their daycare a few weeks ago, and I received them last night. The pictures were very good in quality. They forgot a few items I ordered but were very quick to resolve the issue. Very happy with the customer service and professionalism
