Our furnace went out late Friday night. I called Baylor Monday morning. The manager Tony Hayes was very nice and had Jason Ashby out here for an estimate Monday afternoon. Jason was very personable and explained everything thoroughly. After shopping a few more we chose Baylor. Great price we ended up getting a furnace, air conditioning, & hot water heater as everything was on its last leg. My husband was here for the installation that was done today!! He said the installers were here when promised worked all day never even took a break. It was horrible weather, storms off and on all day. They were on the roof, under the house etc. He said they were very courteous and professional. Sorry for the long story, but extremely pleased. Would highly recommend!!
