“With prom coming up this Saturday Morgan is booked. My mom came to visit from NY and we had wanted to get mini tattoos. I messaged Morgan and she was able to not only fit us in the next day but was very responsive to messages and when we got there she was ready for us with our design already set for us. Morgan truly cares about what she does and she is fantastic at it. Both of our tattoos were done with such care and look amazing. Elwood is blessed to have such a unique business with such a caring and kind owner.“
