When I called to have my septic pumped, they came out quickly and got the job done promptly and well. They were polite and answered my many questions. They did charge extra since the location was outside of their home county (Monroe) but it was still reasonable and I was satisfied.

Royal Flush took my call first thing on Monday and had a truck dispatched within 2 hours. We called about getting out septic system pumped, since it is a new house and we weren't given that much information about where the tank was or how often it had been cleaned. Got a time scheduled for two days later, and our technician was extremely prompt and professional. He was able to find where our tank was, tell us all the details about it's construction, and gave us recommendations about how frequently it should be cleaned. The price ended up being cheaper than what we were intially quoted as well. Would recommend this company 100 times out of 100.
