Love coming here! The yoga classes are great. The energy is so welcoming and positive the moment you walk through the door. I always leave feeling so much better. I highly recommend!!
I'm so glad I returned to my regular Yin yoga classes on Sundays. The teacher led us through thoughtful poses and affirmations that left me grounded and empowered, especially working on the throat chakra today. This studio has been life-changing for me, bringing joy and peace into my life - I'm grateful to be back on the mat with this community!
Having the option to sauna before or after yoga is such a blessing. I love when the sunlight shines into the big windows of the studio. No matter what the reviews say, trying it for yourself to see if it fills you up is always the best way forward.
