I can't even rate them on their ink because I called during the posted business hours on 4 out of 5 days of the week, 3x each day and it rang and rang and no one ever answered. So I messaged their Facebook page to inquire about making an appointment for some ink on myself and my boyfriend. I got an automated response telling me they would get back to me ASAP. That was 3 or more weeks ago and I've yet to hear from anyone.
