I haven't been to Perfect Touch Barbershop going on, I don't know how many years. Still, I always have fond memories before it moved over to Napanee Street. Experienced Quick Walk In Service. Barber did nice work providing the haircut that was requested! Son's haircut price was $15 (he even got candy for sitting patiently. ?) Recommended Hair Care Service
