Clients appreciate updates during and after surgeries, as well as typed-up instructions of diagnoses and treatment plans, which are easy to share with family members. The staff helps pet owners feel confident in the care provided, and many consider them partners in care and friends rather than just service providers. Despite living about 45 minutes away, clients like Chaos, a Chocolate lab/pit mix, and her family plan to continue bringing their pets to Noah’s Landing as long as they are welcome.
