Ended up waiting over 2hrs for second appointment on a Thursday. Of three appointments though I've gotten in by or before appointment time. When I had blood drawn she was so sweet and attentive as I struggle with this type of thing.
The staff here go above and beyond. I've never felt like a file number her, always a person, Scott's nurses are amazing and we laugh every visit, the fella that checks me in is amazing..I am so happy I found a medical facility that allows me to remain relaxed and takes my needs seriously.
Just want to take a moment to mention my visits to see Scott Bethel at Heart City Health Center in Elkhart. Every apnt . With him is so very detailed and thorough. He is always kind and willing to listen to any concerns i may have. Its a comfort to know that your doctor truly wants whats best for you.That your well being does matter?
I also want to mention the staff . All of the nurses and check in counter employees are great. Very helpful , attentive and smiling. No matter the pressure they are under . Thank you to all staff and Dr’s at this facility. You are appreciated and take good care of our community.
