I went in a timid, shy, ponytail wearing Mom and came out a confidant, outgoing, shaggy Bob wearing Woman!!!
Courtney listened to every single word I said!! Then we went to shampoo - WHAT A TREAT!!! She massaged my scalp and it wasn't a quick, lightly there massage, she really got in there and it was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!! The cut turned out exactly how I described, I felt so beautiful at this point but it only got better because she blew it dry and styled (all the while giving me tips on how to style it at home). She finished it off with some Moroccan Oil!!!!
Let me tell you when I walked out of there I was walking tall, wearing a smile so big and bright, and bouncing my head to show it off.

“I walked into this salon hoping to get a haircut I was unhappy with fixed. Kristy was busy with a client, but she asked Sham to help me and my fine, straight, fly-away hair. Sham didn't just look at me; she ran her fingers through my hair and told me exactly why the haircut was wrong for me and how she would fix it. I am very pleased with the result. Four days later, I had to give a little speech outside and a photographer was there from the newspaper.
