The practice is highly qualified, professional, and thorough, ensuring that each patient feels comfortable and well-cared for during their visit. The hygienists exceeded expectations, taking the time to explain procedures and show patients images of their teeth and gum health. Patients have reported friendly, efficient, and fast service, making them feel welcome and valued, and setting the bar for good dentistry. They are so kind and accommodating, making even children feel at peace and never scared for procedures. This place is a favorite, and the staff listened to concerns and made adjustments to get teeth cleaned in a comfortable manner, showing they cared.
My review is long over due. My wife was confined to a wheelchair with ALS. We went to another Dentist in Elkhart. There brand new building was not wheelchair friendly at all. I decided to take her to Greenleaf Family Dentistry. We were overwhelmed with how accomodating the staff was. They took the time to remove the dental chair so she could remain in her wheelchair. My wife had extreme dental anxiety. Jess made her feel relaxed and was very gentle with her. Jess listened to my concerns with her condition and made adjustments to get her teeth cleaned in a comfortable manner. Jess took her time with her. Especially like to thank the office staff as they so courteous and helpful, Kara, my dental hygienist, and in particular Dr. Nelson. I would highly recommend Greenleaf Family Dentistry to anyone looking for a dentist.
