Been having issues with dishwasher. Had them come out he said he couldn't find anything wrong but yet still have issues.I need to update my review they came back out at no additional charge. They have went above and beyond in terms of service. Would highly recommend them .

Family owned business. Terry was prompt on the appointment time, even called and let me know when he was on his way. Even took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my appliance if I had questions so I could learn too. The pricing was very reasonable and I would recommend this business to anyone in the area.

We have used Ed's for years and recently had occasion to use them again. This experience was as positive as the ones that made us a returning customer. We had an oven in need of repair. This double wall oven is over 50 years old. Parts for the oven are no longer available at the usual Internet sites and say discontinued if you happen to be lucky enough to find a match. First, I dealt with Tammy in the office. She was very helpful and was able to let me know my options including parts options after digging things up on microfiche because they were not on the Internet.
