We have been going to Lisa Linda for a few months now. My 3 year old has some sensory sensitivities and getting a haircut is challenging for him. She is beyond patient when cutting his hair and very understanding of his needs. We won’t go to anyone else when it comes to cutting my 3 year olds hair.

As a regular customer, I was extremely disappointed to be told because I was 6 minutes late on Friday, when roads were slippery, that my son would have to reschedule or be on waitlist. The person who was supposed to cut his hair then sat behind the counter for 15 minutes laughing and messing around with the receptionist when she could have been cutting his hair (he is 7 and his haircuts never take more than 15 minutes). They were both very rude and unprofessional and because of this we won’t be back. We ended up walking about after waiting 30 minutes and going elsewhere.
