They had everything done in no time. New furnace, ac unit new thermostat. They did a wonderful job. Cleaned up like they were never here. All 3 guys were kind and a pleasure to have them here.
Update: Heat is working great had John W out to see a noise i was hearing n it wasn't any concern. Everything is all good. Thank Again BW/COOK John explained everything so I could understand it. 12/17/2025
Denzel called me that he was on the way to my house. He performed the yearly furnace maintenance without any problem and left a lot quicker than I expected. Because I have the service plan there was no charge. Thanks Denzel!
Bill Herring just came out and inspected our mini split on our porch, which keeps 5 stray cats warm during the winter. Bill did a fantastic job of explaining everything he was doing, and exactly the steps necessary for the inspection. He was very friendly and respectful of our home wearing boot covers to keep the snow off the hardwood floors. Outstanding job as always with BW Cook.
