Steve, at Bill’s , was extremely helpful. We had a water heater and air conditioning issue on our new unit. Bill and Brenda went above and beyond to find me the needle in the haystack blower motor for my suburban sf-35vhq. I called all around the United States and directly to Suburban and everyone didn’t have it or was on back order for 10-12 weeks. I highly recommend this company.
