I ordered a deluxe bouquet on Valentine’s Day to be delivered to my fiancé at work. The day after I ordered, I received a phone call from a lady stating that they do not have the roses pictured, but they could use different flowers, which was no big deal. After that, she stated that I had to pay an extra $10 for a mall delivery fee. With it being so close to Valentine’s Day, I didn’t have much time to shop around and had to go with what she said. Them not having the flowers and the delivery fee did not bother me, what bothered me was the way these flowers looked. Thank you for sending this beautiful spring bouquet. You were so patient with me on the phone as I described what I want sent to a good friend. You were very helpful and I will highly recommend you to others. My friend sent me this photo of her bouquet and she loves it!

After placing an order online using their own website, I received a call stating that part of my order could not be delivered because it was on the other side of town. Then I was told that the flowers I ordered weren’t available. And finally I was told that their website pricing was incorrect and what I’d ordered would cost me more money but without using the same flowers and greenery that I’d ordered. Seriously?!?!?! What a joke. I definitely DO NOT recommend this place.
