I take my special needs son here, he has Autism, and I expressed how difficult it is for him to get a haircut, and there are 2 ladies there that I appreciate so much for taking their time to do what they can when I go there. It's by appointment, which is awesome cause, yes, sometimes there is a little wait, but it's generally not too much of a wait where my son gets upset. This has been my son and I experience. I take both of my boys here. You just got to tell them about your child, and you want someone with patience. They are new to the experience, I believe, and are trying their best. I appreciate this place for that! Thank you!“

“Happy New Year 1 WEEK UPDATE !!!
Two of my nails popped off out of nowhere one week after getting my nails done 12/29. I had a friend put the nails back on and she also did my cuticles. Which Lyric didn’t do. Because she didn’t, my nails were white and crusty looking so ugly. So next time I’ll make sure especially spending over 100$ on my nails, that my nails are done in the proper way. Yes the art is cute and all but I like for my nails to last for like 4 weeks honestly.

I was looking to walk in and get my nails done but they are appointment only. I was able to book an appointment for next day services with Lyric on 12/22. She was great she was at her station waiting on me I was 3 minutes late. I showed her a picture of what I wanted for my birthday and she delivered. She took her time. Service was great. The atmosphere of the shop is very clean great scented candles lit and great music playing. I loved my first visit I will definitely be back. THEY ARE APPOINTMENT ONLY.“

They took their time and we did not feel rushed. There's a Boba tea shop attached to the location and you can order and they'll deliver to your seat. The location is extremely large, very clean and open with an excellent customer service station with easy and fast check in and out.
