“Effort performance stands for what it means and so does the owner audric. If you are looking to move better or even feel better this is the place to go. He is very very knowledgeable and has a ton of degrees and is licensed. The environment is clean and professional. You want progress and freedom of movement with no pain then put your Effort in and start by reaching out to audric. Thanks a lot for helping me feel and move better.“

“Small black owned & operated health store who offers educational resources and sell health items to maintain a healthy lifestyle. They also have an area to stay active and fit.“
“I had the pleasure of working with Bob, and it was truly an exceptional experience. Bob possesses an impressive depth of knowledge and authenticity that sets him apart. Throughout our sessions, he consistently pushed me beyond my limits, resulting in remarkable improvements in both my strength and energy levels.Undoubtedly, this is the premier destination for personal training in Northwest Indiana, if not the entire Midwest. The one-on-one sessions provided in an exclusive space distinguish it from other gyms where training often occurs amidst the hustle and bustle of regular gym-goers. This personalized approach ensured that I felt completely at ease throughout every session.I cannot speak highly enough of this establishment. If you're seeking unparalleled personal training, look no further.“
“Great Massage!Boris does not use conventional deep tissue techniques. Rather he pinpoints acupressure points and muscle trigger points and attachments. His work is not sweet and soothing, but he really knows what he’s doing and I ALWAYS feel better. My wife was a really good massage therapist who retired many years ago. I have utmost respect for her work- and also for Boris’ work!“
“Luke, and all the trainers here are excellent and very knowledgeable. Absolutely recommend.“

“I went for a Cryo and boots session. The staff was knowledgeable and made sure I felt comfortable and was safe the entire time. Even during the boot session I was checked on 3 to 4 times to make sure I was comfortable and feeling good. I would highly recommended NWI Cryo to anyone suffering from joint pain and fatigue. Overall a great experience.“
“I love this place. The workouts are challenging but you can work to your own level. Everyone is extremely encouraging and friendly. I can definitely see the change in my body and attitude. . It’s a wonderful gym.“

“I wanted to extend my gratitude for the Women's Self-Defense Training class that my teen daughter and I attended. The session was incredibly informative, and the techniques and tools you and the guest instructors provided have equipped us with valuable skills to use in case we ever find ourselves in a vulnerable situation. Thank you for empowering us with knowledge and practical tools that could make a difference. Your expertise and guidance were truly invaluable. Warm regards, Syreeta P.“
“If not for the trainer l would not know how to use certain equipment. Would like more instructions as well so l am not confused or afraid to use equipment. Its overwhelming when you 1st come into a gym. Learning what equipment to use and how to use it is very important. Giving training sessions to new members is very beneficial. Also it makes you show up. Learning about classes and what is available with a membership is also very important. You walk in and feel dumb until someone teaches you. The more you can learn the more comfortable you will be with coming in to the gym. You need to feel welcome. And most importantly you need to feel comfortable and knowledgeable with the equipment otherwise it will leave you afraid to try some of the equipment mostly because your unsure how to properly use it. No one wants to look like you don't know what you're doing.Anytime Fitness gave me free training sessions to learn what l should be doing and it helped me get familiar with the equipment, everyone that works there was very friendly and welcoming. My trainer John is a hoot and made working out fun and informative. Im enjoying my membership. The gym is also very clean.“
“Fp is probably one of the best maintained gym in the state. They are always cleaning or upgrading all the time.“
“Abby was very helpful when I needed help and I overall enjoy this location. The times I go I appreciate that the equipment is always available and everyone around is nice.“
