After contacting a few pool companies in the area, I decided to work with Royal Pools(RP). I had the pleasure of working with Jim and Will (installation). The original service call was for filter sand replacement, but after a requested inspection of the filter to ensure it was working properly, Will and Jim discovered my filter was actually broken. They showed me the pieces of the filter and took the time to explain the problem and possible solutions. I received the "Royal Treatment" from Royal Pools!I called Royal Pools to inquire about a last minute closing of our newly built pool at the end of the season. I spoke to Sandy, she was lovely to speak to and took the time to answer all my questions. Royal Pools was able to fit me in just a few days later! Jim, Will & Jackson came out and did a fantastic job. They took the time to ensure the pool was properly taken care of which gives me peace of mind going into the winter season.
