I absolutely would not recommend this doctor, A. Gentile, if my life depended on it. He was covering for my regular OB while he was having surgery. Long story short he made me wait almost 24 hours after my water broke to perform a c-section so that he could get some rest! My unborn babies heart rate kept dropping, my placenta ended up being infected- which could have been deadly for my baby and ended up keeping us there longer to run tests on my newborn. Terrible bedside manner.I had PTSD when I had to have a C-section with my second. I wish this man was not allowed to practice medicine.

I received a call today to cancel an appointment in two weeks (which I made over a month ago) because the doctor would “no longer be available that day”. I was told I can get it rescheduled for over 2 months later! Really? I can reschedule an appointment for two and a half months later. Idk with my clients, if I have something come up, I make time to fulfill what I already committed to. It wouldn’t be possible to take one extra patient every other day for the next month to make up for the cancellations that day so you don’t force someone into rescheduling for some ridiculous amount of time in the future? So unprofessional.

Dr. S.Gentile is an awesome Dr. She always takes the time to listen. Unlike other doctors who act like they are too busy she has never treated me that way. Her staff has always been nice as well. I've gone to her for over 15 yrs. Best doctor ever.
