Huge shout-out to REV in Coburg, Oregon. We pulled in here on Sunday with a cracked windshield (had called them when it happened a few weeks ago and made an appointment). On Monday, when we gave them all our insurance information, they groaned because we have Progressive, which outsources their glass coverage to Safelite. The guys at REV said that Safelite is horrible to deal with, making the shop jump through numerous hoops and then undercutting or stiffing them on payment. We called Progressive/Safelite, got the run-around from them, ended up taking the issue to social media (which really does work). Got a call from a manager at Progressive, and after a couple of hours of work on our part, Progressive called REV and guaranteed payment. The guys from REV (Eric, Bob and Zach) could not have been better to work with. They were understanding, sympathetic, thorough, and on time. They had our rig in the shop minutes after Progressive gave them the guarantee, and we now have a beautiful new windshield. It’s not often these days that you get service like this. It’s our second experience at REV, and we couldn’t be happier! THANKS, GUYS!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
