Facebook would not allow me to select a star rating: We brought our puppy in to be groomed by Caitlin yesterday. We have typically had great luck in having him groomed here, but yesterday we were quite disappointed. Max did have some matting in a couple spots due to discovering we were not getting him brushed all the way down to the skin, but did not expect to pick him up and he have no fur left at all. We were not notified prior to that he was going to have to be completely shaved down, we would have at least appreciated being told ahead so we could at least know what to expect when we picked him up. He has been acting very different since we picked him up and he just seems sad/depressed. His fur will grow back, but we are just disappointed by the service we received yesterday.
