We absolutely love the house Hollandale built for us! How reassuring to know (because we were part of every step) that the utmost quality was put into every piece of work! Little things are taken care of that you wouldn't notice if you are not a builder or from a family of builders that make a big difference- top of the line life time guarantee windows, quality wood from local businesses (rather than wood that shrinks from huge box stores), careful siding work, shingling that prevents leaks for years to come, extra precautions taken on framing, excellent trim, and the list could go on!

I have to say, we have been in our newly, remodeled older home for almost a month. Without the help of Mark Hubers & landlord/contractor Craig Hill, Realitor Ruth Ann Jonkman we would not be here & smiling. With help from Donna at Kapers, Jason from Kruswyck heating/cooling/plumbing, Marty from Fases-Kaluf appliances, Keith from Mountain Top Counters, Shane Saxon drywalling, Dan Fritts painting/staining, DeMotte Carpet helpful folks & numerous friends & family....sigh, we would still be looking & being the disjointed family.
