I experienced my first pet passing away this past week, it was very unexpected, and I don’t think a vets office could’ve handled it better than this vet staff did. From the ladies at the front desk to the doctors everyone was so kind and caring. Everyone was completely transparent on pricing and procedures, which I highly appreciated. They went above and beyond making sure we were comforted and never rushed while processing our cats passing even though we ended out leaving very close to their closing time. We absolutely love Danville Veterinary Hospital!! I could sing Dr. Tamaki's praises from the rooftops. She is absolutely wonderful. I appreciate that she values my observations and operates with me as my teammate in caring for my dog, Amber. I trust her opinion deeply and am so grateful we have her to guide is through various situations with our sensitive girl. We moved 2 hours away, but I continue to drive here because I just can't imagine taking my dog anywhere else. I was as nervous as my GSD Moses! From the front desk ,to the vet technicians to the Doctor. They all are so sweet, and not only care for your pet but ,they really care for the owner of pet as well. This place really welcomes you like family and open arms. My Moses been ill and i'am a new mom. I called they got me in a very busy schedule. Moses never seen them yet. The pulled thru to squeeze us in . Even that being said ,they took time with Moses. They didn't rush or make me feel they needed to hurry . They impressed me.
