We contracted a total exterior remodel on our Lakehouse. James Hardie siding, stone veneer used on chimney and walkout basement. Outdoor deck replacement and expansion. Dave and his crews were great to work with. Very professional and respectful. Great communication throughout project. No surprises on price. Apex Design Build has that rare combination of top quality work and very reasonable prices. Also, they are a pleasure to do business. They've helped me with two projects. One was a complete re-side and trim work with all James Hardie products. I interviewed a number of highly rated contractors and even inspected their work on other homes. Apex Design Build had the best looking results. The fact that their owner, David, came across as a completely reliable and generally great guy made hiring Apex an easy decision.
