“I was as nervous as my GSD Moses! From the front desk ,to the vet technicians to the Doctor. They all are so sweet, and not only care for your pet but ,they really care for the owner of pet as well. This place really welcomes you like family and open arms. My Moses been ill and i'am a new mom. I called they got me in a very busy schedule. Moses never seen them yet. The pulled thru to squeeze us in . Even that being said ,they took time with Moses. They didn't rush or make me feel they needed to hurry . They impressed me. They calmed my dog and they calmed me to. They answered all questions. Educated me on things I had no ideal about. When I called them with issues Moses was having ,I was crying . They talked me Thur what to do until my apt. They told me if I needed more help or questions call them back and again they will walk me Through what to do. Now I know it's my first experience with them and first illness visit. I hope it's like the experience I'm telling you about I had every time. If you need a place to go and you don't know where or if your at a place your not getting the care Moses and I received ,you need to call now your loved one deserves the best and you deserve to be treated with love compassion and understanding of you pet and educated . Asking questions to learn what's best for your pet shouldn't be made to make you feel bad or your a bother. Ok I'm done telling the world how great this place is .
