Your representative worked hard all day to fix the problem. He let us know throughout the process what he was doing and why. He let us know in advance how much it would cost but was able to reduce the amount when he finished.
I've been getting my hair done by Kelli for around 10 years and I don't trust anyone else. She listens to exactly what I want and also makes great suggestions based on me. She knows her clients and accommodates as best she can. The atmosphere here is very chill and Rocky is my second favorite!!! I'd say my first but I'd be afraid Kelli would dump me. ? By far, my favorite salon to frequent. They also do eyebrows and have nail services!
The staff was very friendly. They were very helpful when it came time to pick out glasses. They did not try to sell me anything that i did not need. There was no wait time when I arrived. Dr. Shoemaker was awesome; I highly recommend her.
Wonderful and caring people work at Rinehart Heating and Cooling. I lost my AC to a bad coil. Kim, Brian, and the Rinehart team were able to resolve my issue quickly in just a couple days. It was hot outside and they called to check in on us and even offered to being window units if we needed. Great work!

David and his crew were very professional. My kitchen was still the original from 1970, and much in need of a makeover. David's bid was much lower than another quote we had, and my kitchen is beautiful! I would recommend Apex for any kitchen remodeling job!

Whitetail Construction helped us get a new roof that our insurance company had denied. They met with our insurance adjustor on our roof to review hail and wind damage. We were approved for a new roof and Whitetail Construction did it in two days! They did excellent work and cleanup was amazing! No trash or nails in yard. Thank you Whitetail Construction! Dr. Erickson and his staff are amazing! I have had several procedures there, and I never feel any pain. even when the numbing meds are injected. They have been respectful of my wishes and in general are good people to take care of me and my families dental needs.

The vets and their staff are currently saving my dog's life. They are knowledgeable, patient and kind. My questions and concerns are answered in a very timely fashion and with respect. Heart Worm is a horrible thing to put a dog through. Always give your dog the medication that protects them from this parasite. Our good boy is a rescue and was found to have this disease this last spring. I have every hope he will pull through.

I was looking for a new hairstylist after my home salon have raised prices so much. April Birmingham (the owner of UpDo Down) happen to come to my work for an order, and mentioned she is a hairstylist! She gave me her card, took time to show me photos of her work, and talked about my hair color with me and how she would personally do it if I were her client. She was warm and welcoming! I called and made an appointment. At my appointment I had the most wonderful experience in a salon, I've ever had. April was friendly and talkative. She told me about her team bonding event she was taking her stylist to the following day. As a blonde with long hair I have paid outrageous prices for my salon treatments before. I left UpDo Down with an all over highlight, toner, wash, cut, blow dry, and style at $205 before tip, the cheapest I've ever walked out with! My hair was amazing! She matched my lightener perfectly, framed my face with layers, and did amazing beach wave curls. Salon was clean, sleek, and trendy. Parking is behind the building. April and the entire team take pride in the salon, their work, and customer service!
The absolute best quality wood you can find... better than any big box store or Lumber yard. Jobe, the manager, and his staff are very professional and have great product knowledge. Their recommendations are spot-on and they never disappoint. I will drive the extra miles, passing many stores that carry Lumber, for the exponentially better experience at 84 Lumber in Danville; it's worth it!
I adopted my cute little Rosie here a few weeks ago and my experience was wonderful!! The staff was very kind and helped us get to know her personality and what she liked. We were surprised to see that on her first day in our home she was very relaxed and cuddly. I can tell that this was a result of the staff giving her their love. They also gave me treats and a toy for her. I 100% recommend adopting a pet here :)
I was as nervous as my GSD Moses! From the front desk ,to the vet technicians to the Doctor. They all are so sweet, and not only care for your pet but ,they really care for the owner of pet as well. This place really welcomes you like family and open arms. My Moses been ill and i'am a new mom. I called they got me in a very busy schedule. Moses never seen them yet. The pulled thru to squeeze us in . Even that being said ,they took time with Moses. They didn't rush or make me feel they needed to hurry . They impressed me. They calmed my dog and they calmed me to. They answered all questions. Educated me on things I had no ideal about. When I called them with issues Moses was having ,I was crying . They talked me Thur what to do until my apt. They told me if I needed more help or questions call them back and again they will walk me Through what to do. Now I know it's my first experience with them and first illness visit. I hope it's like the experience I'm telling you about I had every time. If you need a place to go and you don't know where or if your at a place your not getting the care Moses and I received ,you need to call now your loved one deserves the best and you deserve to be treated with love compassion and understanding of you pet and educated . Asking questions to learn what's best for your pet shouldn't be made to make you feel bad or your a bother. Ok I'm done telling the world how great this place is .
