I'm only putting 1 star because I am REQUIRED to in order to place my review...but I have NEVER been to ANY clinics in my LIFE that take OVER an HOUR to even get into see the Doctor... But THAT'S NOT EVEN the WORST thing about this business.... the staff here is RUDE,RUDE,RUDE!!!...Regardless of my being early on ALL my appointments, I have STILL waited an HOUR and a HALF to see anyone...but like I said, the staff are HORRIBLE!!..Not the NURSE that saw me to give me an eye exam.... the lady that I talked to in the waiting area actually said: WE DON'T TALK ABOUT REVIEWS HERE!!!...and I was JUST making a statement that on OXYGEN and cannot afford to wait for hours, cause I'll run out!...Linda was very nice, Dr. Lewyckyj was very nice and informative and Megan was very nice as well....perhaps I should not judge Her/them because they could have just had a BAD DAY!...Anyways, it should NEVER take an hour or two to see the Doctor...AND the STAFF needs to be PROFESSIONAL no matter WHAT!
I'm going back next week for my yearly exam and the staff are easy going and make you feel relaxed. The Dr is top notch! My husband finally enjoys going to the eye doctor. We both highly recommend them!
Had an appointment for today September 19th got their and they knew nothing about it then they told me that they found me that they rescheduled me for the 23rd of October because my doctor was sick but I was never contacted and they said oh well
