I read all these reviews and thought it would be helpful to share my experience with Jimmy and Mendez Heating and Cooling. I have so many stories of Jimmy showing up for us over and over. But let me just say this: I’ve had units installed by Jimmy and I’ve had units repaired by him as well. For me and members of my family and also friends. He stands behind his work and has been forthright and timely in all his communication with me. Mendez Heating and Air A huge shoutout to Jimmy Mendez!!! Our heat went out this morning & saw he was recommended on Facebook so I messaged him! He responded by 6:30am & walked me through what he thought it was & it’s now working!!! He was absolutely amazing & so nice!!! He could have come out & charged me but he didn’t because he thought it was something simple that he could walk me through & it worked! Amazing man with an amazing company!! Definitely will forever be my go to guy!! Highly recommend to anyone needing an HVAC guy!!!❤️

Had an issue with my A/C and my home warranty company sent Jimmy out. He was able to track down the problem, order the parts and get things back up and running just in time for a heat wave! Very informative and great communication.
