I called Crown Point Eyecare for an emergency on my eye. The office was able to get me in almost immediately on the same day. I loved their protocol and their follow through to details. Not only am I happy with how my emergency turned out. I’ve scheduled an appointment for IPL and my basic exam.

When I called with my eye issue, Amanda was able to get me in the same afternoon. I always feel so welcomed and cared for as soon as I step into the office. My issue was diagnosed, and Dr Alavanya not only listened carefully, but truly knew exactly what needed to be the immediate route. They were able to take care of my issue the same afternoon, leaving me relieved and feeling so much better. The comfort and care are always above my expectations. I feel like a member of the family , not just a patient. I will forever love this office, staff and doctors.
