The drs and the vet assistants are absolutely amazing I can’t remember the two assistants who helped me last night, but I am very grateful for them!! I highly recommend crossroads!
I’ve been going to Crossroads and the Hobart animal clinic for about three years now as they are sister clinics. Both places have taken wonderful care of us. We’ve seen Doctor Tyler over the past few months with our ferrets and I couldn’t recommend a more patient and caring doctor! Thank you for all your help.
I recently brought my kitten to Crossroads and requested a leukemia test for her. I needed the results/records for something and as I was looking through the records they sent me the results didn't say "negative" on there even though they did tell me she was negative during the appointment. I called them to question it and the lady called me back and said after looking into it they didn't give the tes even though i was charged. They did credited account. I'm Thinking this was an honest mistake but I would recommend checking all of your pets records.
