****UPDATE 03-02-21 Mark contacted me today and came to my house for an inspection. He advised he was back and was unaware that no one came out to look at the roof. He told me he would be out later in the afternoon. Mark did show up and completed an inspection. He was apologetic of the situation and helpful. He advised he took out a shingle covering a downspout and believes that was causing the water damage to my ceiling. He offered to cover the cost of a painter for the ceiling. He also stated there will be changes to his business. I appreciate Mark coming out and handling my complaint in a professional manner.
